Discovery Call
A discovery call is a complimentary 20 minute session where we will dive into your health goals and challenges. This is your chance to share what has been going on, ask questions, and get a feel for how we can work together. During the call, I will explain my approach as an FNTP, what you can expect from our sessions, and how we can create a personalized plan to help you thrive. It is an opportunity to explore if we are a good fit, with no pressure or obligations —just an open conversation about your health and how I can support you.
Personalized Plan
Our first session is where we go all in. It’ll be the longest, but that’s because we’re getting the full picture. We’ll dive deep into your symptoms, review what you’re eating, your supplements, medications, and all those lifestyle factors that could be impacting your health. Together, we’ll uncover potential root causes and roadblocks that are holding you back. Then, we’ll craft a personalized, actionable plan tailored to you—so you can take back control of your health and start feeling your best. This is where your transformation begins!
On-Going Support
You are definitely not on this journey alone! In our follow-up sessions, we’ll keep digging deeper to uncover and nourish the root cause of what’s been holding you back, working to restore your health from the cellular level up. And it’s not just during our sessions—we stay connected. Between our two sessions each month, you’ll have weekly check-ins via text and ongoing educational support. I’m here for you every step of the way, making sure you have the guidance and accountability to keep moving forward. We’ve got this!
